Each cruise departs from its own marina in the Miami area — check the individual tour page for that experience's meeting point. After you book, we'll also email you the exact address along with parking and check-in details.

Yes — all of our cruises are open to guests of all ages. Children (ages 5–11) receive discounted pricing on most cruises.

Wear comfortable, non-slip footwear and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light jacket — it cools down on the water, especially at sunset. Life jackets are provided on board for all guests.

Our tours operate rain or shine in most conditions. In the rare case of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, you'll be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.

Outside food and drinks are welcome on private cruises. For all other tours, outside food and drinks are not permitted — however, our shared tours feature an on-board bar where you can purchase drinks and light snacks throughout your cruise.
